Chamber Heating Issue

Support Level
Tier 1 (User Resolvable)
System Analysis

Description

The autoclave was unable to reach the required temperature on the chamber walls.

Several components may be responsible for this issue, including:

  • Defective heating elements
  • A faulty power relay on the control board
  • Issues with the power supply module
  • Damaged wiring harnesses
  • A malfunctioning mainboard
  • Improper electrical connection or insufficient power supply – One frequent cause is connecting the autoclave to a power strip (multi-socket) that also supplies other devices. This can lead to voltage drops and unstable operation.

1. Use a dedicated outlet

Ensure the autoclave is connected directly to a dedicated power outlet, not shared with other devices.

2. Do not use extension strips

Connect the autoclave directly to its own power socket. Do not share the outlet with other equipment.

3. Verify the energy supply

Check that the mains voltage is stable and within specification (consult a certified electrician if needed).
