System Analysis

Description

The device does not detect any USB memory stick.. This typically indicates a failure of the USB medium.

This may result from:

  • A damaged or incompatible USB drive
  • A malfunction in the USB port, internal cable, or control board
  • A mainboard malfunction affecting data transfer

1. Turn off the device

Power the autoclave down completely.

2. Reinsert the USB stick

Remove the USB drive and plug it in again firmly. Make sure the connection is secure.

3. Turn the device on

Power the unit back on and check if the issue is resolved.

4. Test another USB drive

Try a different, known-working USB stick. Use one formatted in FAT32 if possible.
