Sterilization Pressure Too Low

Support Level
Tier 1 (User Resolvable)
System Analysis

Description

The pressure during the sterilization process is too low.

The most common cause is that the blue water supply hose is not fully submerged in water.

This can happen if:

  • The hose is incorrectly positioned inside the water container
  • The container is empty
  • The hose is damaged

If this is not the issue, the problem may be due to :

  • A clogged or worn-out Magic Filter
  • A worn-out water pump
  • An internal leak in the autoclave.

1. Submerge the hose

Make sure the blue hose is fully submerged in water inside the supply container (remember to use the proper water).

2. Add a sinker and inspect the hose

Attach a sinker to prevent the hose from floating. Inspect the hose for damage and replace if necessary.

3. Refill or replace the container

Ensure the water container is not empty. Refill or replace it before starting the cycle.

4. Check the Magic Filter

Inspect the Magic Filter for signs of use. If it changed its color from navy blue to amber gold, it's time to replace it. Install a new one if necessary.

5. Restart the autoclave

After making the adjustments, restart the autoclave.
