Drying Pressure Too High

Support Level
Tier 1 (User Resolvable)
System Analysis

Description

The pressure inside the chamber is too high during the drying phase.

This issue can occur when:

  • The red drain hose is immersed in water, preventing proper drainage.
  • The hose is kinked, twisted, or improperly routed, which blocks the free flow of condensate.
  • The load is too heavy, interfering with proper pressure regulation during drying.

1. Keep the drain hose above water

Make sure the red drain hose is not submerged. The outlet must stay above the water level to allow proper drainage. Ensure the hose runs freely without kinks or loops. Gravity should let the water flow out easily.

2. Check the load weight

Verify that the instruments do not exceed the allowed weight. Maximum load: 0.5 kg for S and Beauty autoclaves and 0.8 kg for PRO.
