System Analysis

Description

A momentary power failure or short circuit occurred during device operation — most often at the beginning of the sterilization cycle.

The issue may be caused by:

  • A short circuit in the autoclave or power outlet
  • Faulty electrical wiring in the installation site
  • Internal faults in components such as the valve wiring harness or heating elements

1. Restart the device: Tap the screen

Tap a few times on the display until the Restart button appears.

2. Enter the code

If a code is required, enter 0000.

3. Switch off the device manually

If the Restart button does not appear, switch off the device manually, wait at least 20 seconds, and then switch it on again.

4. Check the power connection

Ensure the autoclave is plugged directly into a working outlet. Try connecting it to a different socket to rule out an issue with the current one.

5. Contact an electrician

Consult a qualified electrician to verify the electrical installation on-site.
