Too Many Steam Pulses OR No Water Supply

Support Level
Tier 1 (User Resolvable)
System Analysis

Description

The sterilizer attempted to inject steam too many times without success — likely due to a lack of water supply.

The most common causes include:

  • The blue feed water hose is not properly connected to the “water in” port.
  • The “Water In” connector is loose or damaged, which may prevent proper water intake.
    • The water tank is empty.
    • The load is too heavy, making it difficult to generate the required amount of steam.
    • Internal issues such as limescale buildup in the solenoid valves or steam generator.
    • A worn-out water pump that no longer provides sufficient water pressure.

1. Disconnect the blue hose

Press the blue ring on the metal “Water In” connector and pull the tube out.

2. Trim the blue hose

Cut a small piece off the end that was inside the device.

3. Reconnect the blue hose

Reinsert the hose by pressing blue ring on water in connector.

4. Check the water level

Confirm that the tank is filled with the proper water. Insufficient water may interrupt the cycle.

5. Verify the load weight

Make sure the instruments do not exceed the allowed maximum. Limit the load to 0.5 kg for S and Beauty autoclaves, and 0.8 kg for PRO.
