System Analysis

Description

he system has detected a blockage in the wastewater drainage circuit.

Blockages can be caused by:

  • Clogged hoses or drainage channels
  • Debris inside the chamber outlet – often from sterilization pouches (dust, paper particles)
  • A sterilization pouch falling out of the tray and becoming lodged at the back of the chamber, blocking the drain outlet.
  • A full wastewater bottle (red cap)
  • The red drain hose being kinked or improperly routed

Over time, particles from sterilization packaging can accumulate and cause obstruction in the internal hydraulic system. Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential to prevent this.

1. Open chamber and remove a tray

Prepare the chamber and tray for cleaning.

2. Clean the tray

Use a mild, chlorine-free detergent safe for aluminum.

3. Dry the tray

Rinse and dry the tray completely before reinstalling it.

4. Clean the chamber

Wash the inside of the chamber using a mild, chlorine-free detergent. Dry it with a soft cloth before the next cycle.

5. Check for trapped pouches

Look for any pouch that may have slipped off the tray. If something is stuck at the back of the chamber, remove it.

6. Check the water level

Check the water level in the bottle with the red cap.

7. Refill the water tank

Refill the water tank if empty.

8. Inspect the chamber

Inspect the chamber for any signs of visible debris and ensure the drain runs downwards freely.

9. Verify the hose connections

Verify the hose connections and wastewater flow.
